    You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return. Items received beyond this window may no longer be eligible for a refund.

    To qualify for a full refund, please ensure that:
    • The item is in the same condition that you received it (unworn, unused, or unwashed).
    • The item is in its original packaging with all tags, manuals, and accessories included.
    • You have the receipt or proof of purchase.

    3. Free Returns (No Return Shipping Fees)
    We offer Free Returns on eligible items.
    • Defective or Damaged Items: If the product is faulty or damaged upon arrival, we will provide a pre-paid shipping label at no cost to you.
    • Standard Returns: Even if you simply changed your mind or the fit isn't right, we provide a pre-paid return label. (Note: Original shipping fees paid at the time of purchase, if any, are non-refundable).

    4. Non-Returnable Items
    Following industry standards, the following items cannot be returned:
    • Customized or personalized products.
    • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants).
    • Personal care goods (such as beauty products or intimate garments) for hygiene reasons.
    • Downloadable software or digital gift cards.
    • Items marked as "Final Sale."

    5. Refund Process
    Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    • Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed immediately.
    • Credit: A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
    • Timeline: Most refunds appear in your account within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer’s processing time.

    6. How to Start a Return

    1. Enter your Order Number and Email Address.
    2. Select the item(s) you wish to return and the reason.
    3. Download and print the Pre-paid Return Label provided.
    4. Drop off the package at the designated carrier location.

    7. Exchanges
    The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
